British Birds - Murmurate, Oscillate

Murmurate, Oscillate, the new album by British Birds on yellow vinyl LP.

British Birds combine the raw energy of Billy Childish, the melodic craft of XTC and the offbeat charm of The Lovely Eggs on Murmurate, Oscillate. Named after the low rumble of a flock of starlings in flight, the album pairs big hooks with thoughtful songwriting.

Built entirely on the band's DIY ethos, siblings Bobby and Emma Townson record, mix and design everything themselves. After self-releasing two albums, recording sessions for Marc Riley and Gideon Coe, and touring with The Bug Club, BC Camplight and The Lovely Eggs, they arrive with their most assured collection yet.
