Refund policy

Damaged or faulty items

Contact us if your item arrives damaged or is faulty due to a manufacturing issue and we can organise a free return with you. We might ask you to send us pictures so we can work out if the shipper or manufacturer is at fault. If it's a cosmetic issue and you want to keep the item we can agree a part refund.

Incorrect items

We're human, so if we've sent you the wrong items by mistake, please contact us to return them unopened and unused, for free. 

Unwanted items

If you've changed your mind about something and have not opened it, then you can return it for a refund. In that case, please contact us. to agree a return. We will deduct the cost of the postage from the refund.

I've opened the item - can it still be returned?

If you open an item then, under UK law, you lose your automatic right to return it. 

Who pays for the return postage?

For damaged or incorrect items, that's not your fault, so use one of our free returns labels - but always get proof of postage.

If you've changed your mind about something then you will need to pay for the return shipping cost, either by posting the items yourself or using our returns label - if you choose the latter we will deduct the cost from your store credit or refund.


Terms and conditions

  • Please make sure you pack your return securely, returning it in the original packaging, or with an equivalent mailer and stiffener
  • Always get proof of postage.
  • Mint and Sealed will accept all returns, where we are at fault or you are not happy with the item, due to quality or shipping issues.
  • Please contact us. within 30 days of the shipping date if you wish to return any items to us.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the item. 
  • We cannot accept unwanted/incorrect items that have been opened.
  • If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition in poor packaging then we may have to send it back to you without a refund.
