After appearing as a pop-up shop in Newport Market, South Wales, for around a year or so, Mint and Sealed has now decided to take the plunge and lease a permanent unit in the market, to establish a proper shop.

As of 2nd July 2025, the shop is still being kitted out so it is welcoming for you lovely customers, has the best vinyl to flick through, and offers a nice shopping experience.

Opening hours will be reduced in the first few weeks, while I settle into the shop and resolve other commitments. Please check instagram for a weekly update of opening hours.

The benefits to you lovely customers will be:

1. More choice of vinyl in one location
2. The ability to order online, including pre-orders, and collect in store, using click and collect, to save on postage fees
3. Excellent music in the shop and offbeat chat
   
4. Regular opening hours, eventually, so you know when you can hunt for vinyl with me
5. Alongside Diverse Music and Kriminal Records, offer a vinyl treasure trove all in one city centre, through 3x different record shops
6. At some future point I may also offer merch.
