A formerly unreleased album relegated to the vaults for over three decades, Black Hat Daddy & The Silver Comb Gang is the third and unreleased album by Mutiny, a funk band led by former Parliament-Funkadelic drummer Jerome Brailey. Originally intended for widespread consumption in 1981, the album was shelved due to unforeseen circumstances, but later, it emerged and received much love. These wacky, p-funk extravaganzas ring true across eight stonkers.
