The third album from Automatic, Is It Now? sees the Los Angeles trio hone their sound, pairing topical, irreverent lyrics with danceable “deviant pop” songs. If you like ESG and other NY style punky disco not disco, then this comes highly recommended by Mint and Sealed.
Produced by Loren Humphrey (Arctic Monkeys, Cameron Winter), Is It Now? is Automatic’s boldest and most urgent music to date.
