Join us at Mint and Sealed in Newport Market on Wednesday March 25th at 6pm, for a special listening party to celebrate the release of Robyn's Sexistential.

We’ll start spinning the album at around 620pm. The event should close by 8pm.

Here's what to expect from the evening....


  1. The shop will close at 5ish pm and re-open just before 6pm for the listening party
  2. There's lots of food to choose from before and after the Sexistential event from the food court
  3. At 6pm you can come into the shop and you'll be given some free goodies, can pick up a Welsh cake from Rogue Welsh Cakes, and grab your raffle ticket to win one of two tote bags of goodies.
  4. The new Robyn album will be played in full between around 630 and 730ish
  5. Straight after, there will be a draw to select the two winners of the tote bags, at random. 
  6. Throughout you can browse for vinyl and pre-order Sexistential for click and collect or delivery. The album will not be available to take home on the night, sorry!

Things to bear in mind...

  • I'll be taking pics throughout the night and sharing them on socials. Let me know if you'd rather not be involved, or hide behind your fringe or something. 
  • It will be 1x raffle ticket per person. 
  • It's just me working but I'll do my best to make things efficient and pleasant for everyone.
  • Please enjoy the listening experience in your own way without hindering anyone else's listening experience. We don't have to take our clothes off, to have a good time. 
  • There will be some ambient noise from the food court - even with the album on nice and LOUD. 
  • Feel free to browse the shelves during the evening and you're welcome to buy any other titles, too
  • Cash and card are accepted.
  • There are two car parks nearby - the closest is the NCP. There is also the Friars Walk car park.
